We’re known for our can-do, on-the-go fellowship.
Sure, our prime location so close to downtown Minneapolis gives you unlimited possibilities each day. But there’s so much to do right here, without ever leaving our intimate and active campus.
Our resident-centered philosophy means your interests and preferences are our priority. You’ll find a dedicated on-site Activities Director who orchestrates a wide variety of activities and events. All you have to do is simply pick what you want to do. From educational seminars to live music to wellness activities to group exercise classes to social events, we guarantee you’ll never sit around doing nothing—unless that’s what you’re in the mood to do!

Today, we pause to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and to honor the bravery of first responders, service members, and everyday heroes who answered the call.
At Covenant Living, we reflect with gratitude, reverence, and unity — never forgetting the strength and resilience shown on that day and in the years since.
